Any items purchased online may be returned.

Products purchased must be in original condition, same as brand new.

Final sale items are not returnable.

Exchange, Refund must be made within 14 days of receiving the product/s. Restocking fee may apply.

If a delivery fails because of customer’s mistakes, there will be a re-shipping fee on the customer, and if the customer wants to receive a refund of the order, the original shipping cost will not be returned, for example, incomplete address, etc.

Items that have been opened, all unsealed hair & skincare products, and where seal have been removed. NO Return/No Exchange on Wigs, Ponytails and Closures.
